Fake President tweeted that Secretary of State Tillerson should "stop wasting time trying to negoiate with the little Rocket Man". This is the first time in our history where a sitting president    purposefully torpedoed an ongoing diplomatic effort to avoid military conflict. Our mentally unbalanced leader went onto tweet, "save your energy Rex, we'll do what has to be done". He insists on taunting the madman across the water. This strongly increases probability for war. Add this to his inane tweets accusing Democrats urging the mayor of San Juan to be nasty to him and his rantings on NFL players and there is ample evidence to have him undergo a mandatory mental evaluation before he incites a war killing hundreds of thousands  of people. Seriously, this is no joke.
