Three days to go till court. Not a good court either. CPS court.  I hate these lieing ass pos bastards.  Let me go back to when this first began.  Feb. Of 2017. My 14 year old left my house with her 17 year old boy friend, whom I already advised with his mother if they had sex I was pressing charges on, and his mother. I had informed them I was going to being her to their house that evening but they took it upon themselves to pick her up without telling me.  I called the law to get help. None was given go figure. Finally weeks go by and I get a call from my daughter (11:30 pm) she is coming home.  I've had numerous calls saying she is pregnant. So when she gets home I take her to the hospital to get tested. She runs out gets cops called on me because I stopped her. They say I am In The right and leave after 1.5 of speaking to us.  Finally get back in hospital and she agrees to be seen.  By then it's 3 in the morning and I to tired to sit there any longer.  She has an appointment set the following morning with her doctor. So I take her to that appointment. Results come back she is pregnant. I file charges on the 17 year old. Come to find out my daughter was told by the 17 year olds mom she needed to call CPS so she didn't have to return to my home while she is staying with the boyfriend.   This part is a little confusing sorry.  So CPS shows ip to my home sees it's clean plenty of food and my other daughter is fine.   They also do a drug test (mouth swab). I came up dirty for meth. Anyone who knows anything about medication knows Adderall will come up dirty.  Yes I have a script for it. Anyways... CPS gets on my ass saying my kids and I have to go to Counceling weekly. Fine whatever I am already in Counceling. And I also have to find someone to call my kids weekly to make sure they are ok and no drugs are talked about in the house.   Numerous people tried calling CPS to be approved where the case worker refused to answer any of the calls. After school let out CPS and my XHUSBAND (father of my youngest daughter ) show up to my home.  I have court order where the x is not to know where my child and I live. CPS tells my x to take my child and not return with her until he says otherwise.  And if he does he will be placed in jail on fellony charges.  I say screw that shit I drove the 6 hours to where he lived and took my daughter back. I also have an investigation started on the CPS worker.   A week ago I had an officer show up to my home and serve me papers to be in court. I am being sued by CPS.   They alledge that I am not following plans and are trying to get a court order to make me do as they say.  Also asking for me to have a hair follicle test done.  I. Have all my ducks in a row showing that everything I had done for CPS prior to them telling my x to take my child.  Hopefully this judge will see I have done everything they asked me to and that they(CPS) broke a court order....
