Oh moon child aren't you lonely?

The stars shine as bright around you

Do you see?

Can you hear me calling?

Oh moon child, moon child

Look down at the earth

Watch us from above

Are you a star? 

Some stars fade but you're always there

How long have you been here?

Watch us while we sleep

Moon child can't you see ?

We look up to you at night

When the stars shine so bright

Can't you see?

You're our guardian from above lighting our way
