I swam my heart through your high waves, 
 I told you I was drowning at the edge...
 At the edge of your love.

 I don't think the world
  Made us fit together, 
 But I enjoyed every laugh like
  Autumn does with September.

 I go through life, 
 Without wanting to be noticed.
  You like to talk loudly,
  With your friends on the terrace.

 I tried every way to get on your side, 
   But I know how to lose and not look sad.
  I tried to make you understand that I like you,
   If I tell you directly, I risk losing our friendship.
