Yes I asked you your age
When we first met
Wondering should I engage
Or keep strolling & forget

I heard your love song
So I had to see you
Met you & got sprung 
Then I didn't want to leave you

Age didn't matter
When it came to my heart
Our love grew fatter
The enemy tried to tear us apart

But I didn't take the bait
When my fate is sealed
Now we're fighting thru this hate
On this lover's wheel
