You came to me, 
 Waiting to meet the man you would like.
 I came to you, 
 Waiting for you to love me back. 

We were both there,
 When we needed each other's arms,
 But too far away to understand 
  Each other's thoughts and everyone's life.

You came to me,
   I came to you,
  Meeting in the middle,
  With different needs to be fulfilled,
   With different ways
  Of understanding the feelings.
