LGBTQ Faces Hardships In 2025 Read Count : 20

Rainbow flags,
once symbols of pride,
now ripped, faded,
hanging heavy in the wind of 2025.

Legislation looms,
a dark cloud,
threatening to erase
hard-won rights.

Whispers turn to shouts,
judgment echoes
in hallowed halls,
in crowded streets.

Fear lingers,
a constant companion,
as love dares to exist,
openly, beautifully,
yet cautiously.

Families fractured,
acceptance a battlefield,
where hearts break,
and hope flickers.

But resilience,
a burning ember,
refuses to be extinguished.
Voices rise, stronger now,
determined to be heard,
determined to endure.
