DOMINANT AND submissives NEEDS LIST**

**1. **
The submissive needs to feel intimidated by and completely overwhelmed and overpowered by their owner. 

**2. **
The Dominant needs to feel that he or she is in control over you at all times and that you are possessed. 

**3. **
The Dominant needs to know that you are owned completely--meaning mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually, spiritually, internally, and existentially. 

**4. **
The submissive needs to know that he is physically, mentally, and emotionally strong enough to handle their Dominant in every way, no matter what they throw at the submissive. 

**5. **
The submissive needs to feel the Dominants soft touch at times, and hard, rough or firm touch at other times. 

**6.** 
The Dominant needs a submissive to know that they are completely protected, accepted, loved, and cared for. 

**7.** 
The Dominant needs to know his submissives expectations, wants, needs, thoughts, and feelings before during and after a scene.

**8.** 
The submissive needs to know that they have no decisions, no control, and no way out, permanently. 

**9.** 
A submissive needs to be reprogrammed for the better--not to change their personality, but to better themselves and for their dominants use.  

**10. **
The submissive needs to feel the forcefulness, roughness, aggressiveness, pushiness, and coercion of their dominant.

**11. **
The submissive needs consistent and rational discipline, and clear boundaries for behaviour. 

**12.** 
The submissive needs to give blanket consent to their dominant, placing his or her trust in them completely and knowing that he or she will never abuse their power over them in any way. 

**13. **
The submissive needs to feel their Dominants gentle side - also to love them, caress them, show affection, be their best friend, their lover, have fun with and laugh with them.

The submissive needs to know that their Dominant is happy with them, proud of them, and proud to be see with them. 

**15. **
The submissive needs to be educated and learn new skills from their Dominant that will help them to succeed in life to a greater degree, and to be better equipped to serve their Dominant well.

The Dominant needs to know that he or she can make their submissive stop dead in his or her tracks just by a look, the tone in their voice or by the body language they use. 

**17.** 
The submissive needs to be brought to tears by their owner, and to be allowed to safely cry in their arms when necessary.

The Dominant needs you to know that you are neither required nor permitted to dominate yourself, and that they will provide all of the force and coercion required to maintain his or her control over you.

The submissive needs to know that their Dominant will never lie to them, nor hide his feelings and thoughts from them.

The submissive needs to be consistently praised and given positive reinforcement, but never in a pandering way. 

**21. **
The submissive needs to know that their service pleases their Dominant enormously and that they fulfil their needs sexually, emotionally and spiritually. 

**22. **
The submissive needs their Dominant to be a father or mother figure, who loves them unconditionally. 

**23. **
The submissive needs to feel tiny and safe on the floor, at their Dominants feet. 

**24.** 
The Dominant needs to know that he or she is in control of the dynamics of the relationship, and that there is nothing you can do to successfully sabotage it, cause it to end, or drive him or her to leave you. 

**25.** 
The submissive needs to know that there Dominant is not afraid of their emotional outbursts.

**26.** 
The submissive needs to have their Dominants support and encouragement to achieve his or her goals when they are appropriate
