Friend there's no competition 
Between me & you
You're still reminiscing 
And denying the truth

You're his past
Baby I'm his future
The lies you told won't last
His feelings aren't mutual

You have been his shoulder 
And a listening ear
That only made you bolder 
To slide in, in the rear

Being noisy as hell
Trying to connect the dots
But I wish you well,
You can't have my spot

The love we have for each other
It's really heaven sent 
It can't be compared to another 
So just take the hint.....

You're toxic as hell
But asking questions about me
Every trick you did fail
Even on one knee
