You belonged to me just as long 
 As I held you in my arms.
  My emotions tried to speak out loud,
   My mouth swallowed every sentence inside.

I was afraid to hear,
  That you couldn't love me back,
I felt everything and it meant nothing to you,
   Through that warm hug.

I didn't see time as "only once in a lifetime" 
  Now I can't get that tender embrace back to me.
