I drown in my own mind, 
   Bad thoughts come like sharks 
   When I feel bad.

 If someone asks me how I am, 
  I smile back and say:" I am fine!", 
   But does anyone know
   How many parts of me
    Are screaming without sound? 

Everything seems unfamiliar to me,
  Even though I have lived 
  In this house for many years.

 My heart wants to escape
   From this prison of feelings 
  And live freely... 
  Without being judged
  When I am real with them.
