I can't be yours, 
 You can't be mine,
  We both know that,
  But we like to spend time 
 Together sometimes.

  Maybe someone is waiting for you
  At your own house, 
  I'm all alone; 
 No one is waiting for me this time...

You say you don't have a lover,
  But when you receive a message you hide it.

 You say the same words 
 I heard once before, 
 The first time I believed you
   This time, I won't believe 
  Everything you say.

 You can't be mine,
  I can't be yours, 
 We like to spend time
