Wait ...... let me check you boo. . .

Why did your love become hate
When you were playing with my fate
Oh the vibe isn't fake
You're dishing out what you can't take

Not once did we talk
But you listened to your mother
She can't walk my walk
Neither can she be your lover

Forfeiting your crown
While sitting in a bucket of tears
I was the one who held you down
After all of these years 

Now you're in sorrow
Wondering about your next move
No hope for tomorrow 
But that's the life you choose

Being blinded by other opinions 
When did we become them
Satan lost his dominion
Trying to make my light dim

Always been a back rider
Never wanted the spotlight
Because I know what's insider her
Best believe I'll fight

I kept quiet while you shined
Fighting through the lies
Even when my life was on the line 
I never said a good bye

My faith is strong 
The opinion of man doesn't matter
On God I lean on 
Now my pockets are fatter 

I'm not boasting in self
But I'm boasting on God
My praise is what I have left
And I thank you Lord!!!
