The U S Marshall

On December 11,2013 Some instinct or something told me the two gentlemen accompanying Michael’s probation officer were federal agents. It could have been their body language . When asked I informed the Parole officer Michael was not in the house but, they should be able to find him on the Brook Wood property somewhere . It was then the officer informed me I was the person they needed to speak to .

He questionedme about the anonymous public safety report someone had made stating that Michael had been seen attempting to push me from a moving vehicle. The probation officer seemed to know without asking who had sent the report . I sensed he knew I knew more about the incident than I was willing to  tell him .

When Mike entered the house the two Federal agents stood and introduced themselves to him . They briefly stated why the Probation officer was questioning me. Thankfully, they did not reveal the identity of the anonymous informant . It would have been awkward at the least and potentially life threatening at the worst.

Mike excused his behavior as we were horsing around. This was true , in part. He was laughing when he said he wanted to see my fat ass bounce and roll across the pavement made his motive more suspicious .

Because there was no argument, no fighting, or anger involved and because I was afraid of Michael  I agreed with him  and said the incident was nothing more than horse-play.

Part 2 of The Anonymous Report

I could not so easily excuse away the questions posed by the FBI and the US Marshall. I had no idea Mike knew how to construct a Pipe bomb. Until this moment  I had deluded myself into believing  this bomb talk and talk about blowing up passenger trains and county buildings was angry talk.  I had no suspicion he had discussed this with anyone in the county jail  or any where else. Until the Marshall , the agent, and Mike opened my eyes; I had blindly said Michael lacks the intelligence to construct any such device . I now know he does. He has done so in the past. What frightens me; is I know he will construct other such devices in the future. And, I fear he will use these homemade explosives against those he thinks have crossed him. I am now one of those unfortunates who has crossed Michael Nesbitt.

The other questions these men had to ask were a reply of old accusations from the time Michael spent in jail . He made some vague threats then and he continues to make the same vague unnamed victim threats against the city, the county, the state, the Deputy District Attorney. The sheriff and the sheriff's office.

Once these federal agents began questioning him about terrorist activity. Mike should have invoked his 5th amendment rights . What he said was said in the presence of three witnesses , including me. These statements can and will be used against him should any of this go to court.

I am not surprised that someone has heard Michael making threats to derail an Amtrak  train as it comes through Love lock. I know Mike thrives on the chaos and confusion the derailment would cause .

Mike was advised it was a felony offense to lie to a Federal Agent . Apparently, the FBI and the Federal Marshall did not realize Michael is on probation for his second felony conviction one more felony charge means nothing to him.

I see the loss of innocent life the derailment would cause . I see the massive injuries to innocent men, women, and children all who have done nothing to Michael ; all who did nothing more than board a train to a destination. I hope if this thought enters Mike’s mind he will rethink his position.

If he carries through with his plan Michael will have his chaos and confusion but, maybe not the way he planned . He will carry through it is only a matter of time.
