I want to love like I've never loved,
 I want to love like I've never been loved.

  In these difficult times of war,
I need a kiss on my forehead
  And a warm hug to bring the sun,
  Instead of blue clouds over my head.

 Someone to care about me, 
 And not be afraid to say my thoughts
  Out loud when I'm down and sad,
 When I will barely be able to get out of my bed.

 To feel a warm hand on my shoulders
  And some kind words, telling me:
"Get up, don't give up, I'm here only for you!"
