Frowned upon 
Laughed at 
And scorned 
I once adored
You 
And all your glory 
But you said 
“You bore me”
Moral of the story 
Don’t beg for love 
Cuz push comes to shove 
Then you’re on the floor 
Laughing with them 
Alone 
Except the voices in your head 
Making you wish you were dead 
Bc it’s so loud 
The laughing 
Laughing of the crowd 
Feeling let down 
You let out a tear 
A sigh that lasts a year 
All bc of fear 
That the voices will get louder 
The laughter more shrill 
Wanting everything to just chill 
For a minute 
A second 
Will time stop for you 
The way it did for me 
God, the things I wish you could just see
How much I adored you
