I can't talk to you when I miss your words, 
  You're not just two blocks away,
  I feel you hundreds of miles away...

  I can't talk to you when my thoughts
  Are looking for your beautiful face.
 You are no longer mine, 
  Now you are the love of the one
  You told me...  "He is just a friend". 

 I can't talk to you because the words
  Don't find their meaning,
  And time has changed the fingers 
 That held your hand tight,
  And the mouth that kissed you.
