Psalm 27:14 - Isaiah 40:29 Psalm 37:34 - Isaiah 40:31 Psalm 37:39 -Isaiah 49:23 Psalm 37:41 - Isaiah 64:4 Psalm 40:1 - Romans 8:28 Psalm 40:3 - Ephesians 1:19 Lamentations 3:25-Ephesians 3:21 Thank You, Godhead and Trinity, for Your gracious reminder to wait upon You All. To wait upon You All means to pause for further instructions, Lord of hosts and lords. It means to be still and know that You are God, Spirit of Christ. We are to wait for and obey You, Lamb of God. We are not to manipulate our way out of situations, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit of Truth. You are on our side, Holy of holies and Rock of Salvation. When we are willing to trust You, Divine Author and Greatest Mediator, then we will not have to worry. Our failure to wait on You is often due to outside pressure of other people's opinions, Promise Keeper and Way Maker. If we wait on You, then we will not be embarrassed and You are telling us to not worry about the outside pressure of other people's opinions. You are always working on our behalf, The Rewards of Waiting: A. We will discover Your Will and Purpose, Author of Life; B. We receive supernatural physical energy and strength, Creator of the Universe; C. We win the battles of life, Ancient of Days and Anointed One; D. We receive answers to our prayers; E. We see the fulfillment of our faith, Chief Cornerstone and Pastor. F. We will see You working on our behalf, Good Pastor and Shepherd. We are safer being helpless than trying to a figure a way out, Son and Spirit of God. 1. Faith; 2. Humility; 3. Patience; 4. Courage to resist: I. Following our schedules, not Yours; II. The pressure and attitudes of others; III. The fears of failure and criticism, which are the catalysts of moving ahead of You & getting into trouble. Yet, it was always wise to wait and You always know what is best for all of us, Boss. There is always a rich reward in waiting, El Deah and Shaddai. It is Your plan and pattern that we lay our burdens on You, Jehovah Jireh. Amen, thanks.
