The Clock Read Count : 91

Tick, tock,
Tick, tock,
The Doomsday Clock
Moves again.
Tick, tock,
Tick, tock,
It's hands are moving,
Closer to the end.
Tick, tock,
Tick, tock,
Missles launch,
And begin their flight.
Tick, tock,
Tick,
Whole cities,
Enveloped in light.
Click, click
Minutes go by
It's all over
In the blink
Of an eye.
The clock has stopped.
An eerie silence takes hold,
The last bomb has dropped.
And the world turns cold.
I close my eyes
And take a breath,
And choke on the dust,
There is nothing left.
Instinct kicks in,
The will to survive.
And I am grateful
To still be alive.
