My tears dried up in both eyes, 
A sign that I am starting to heal my heart,
 Leaving things as they really are, 
Just part of a past that I remember
 From time to time...

My heart no longer sheds blood, 
The wounds have closed old scars and doors.
 I'm ready, I am ready to love again,
 Open like a new born who has never met pain.
