A piece of paper crumpled and thrown
With the heart of the writer inked
Blown in the wind, rode and wandered,
Vanished in the air with a blink

Fly, fly, fly with the wind
Search the horizon’s blue
For the piece of paper breathed life
As the sky was changing hue.

Night came by, the world fell asleep
The moon and the stars gave light
Leading the way for the piece of paper
‘Til someone would slow down its flight.
