Lie to them to protect them, they said
But the more you lie the more you hurt them
Dishonesty had become your anthem
How long till you lose them?
When do you realize that love and lies don't mix?
Cause when you lie you break something you can't fix
And the lies catch up to you, so you cry
Some drown themselves in the ocean that they cry
Harsh consequences that come with these lie
Most painful, is losing whoever and whatever you loved
