Deceiving myself, 

Ignoring your red flags. 

 My mind was telling me to stop,

 But my heart melting 

Looking at the screen every day

 Through the video call we making.
 A kind of illusion, 

Listening to the stories you made up,

 I thought I could fly with the wings you gave me,

 Making me feel butterflies in my stomach.
