The Sunrise Lost and Found

It took the exclamation point

Of a dark disgusting
Deal

To express all my
Despicable dreams that
My murdering mind
Could feel

But every song
Above the sea

Sung by your breathtaking truth
Sung by
The voice that
Catapults the stars

And makes
Lives
Fireproof 

On him were placed all my
Insanities
And vanities galore

At the place of
Of
There goes the neighborhood
Who needs God anymore?

The stars that smiled at Abraham

Look down on us
His disrespectful
Why?

We care not
For whom
Or even where

Like a dead dog
We let him die

Oh Jerusalem
The parking lot
Of all unkosher
Thought

But also

The fishnet
Of the Universe
Where all good 
Fish get caught

The city
Of all scarring debate
A theatre of the absurd

The place
To drown
The disease of hate

And of
Those hungry
For the word

So follow
Madness
Follow crowds
Do it up and down 

There's a Yes that dreams
To take your dreams

To
The sunrise
Lost and found.
