Alright alright
We bleed and fight 
Plead for light
It’s too dark I cry 
Shine bright
I try 
My best
But there’s no rest 
For ones pretty little head 
When everyone else is acting dead
Respected 
Are they neglected? 
Ship wrecked then 
Always asking when 
Just pull the trigger 
I scream 
All this vigor and for what 
Nothing “but”
There’s that 
The cat too
