 To someone you loved.
 I was afraid of the way you could love.

  I put down my weapons...
 With all my fears.
What I have to give will never be
 Enough for you to receive.

  I quickly turned from your lover
 Into a kind of stranger.
 Speaking to me now,
With cold words and feelings.
