Update: Kylie had decided not to buy the app. I am hoping to announce a new owner soon.
Hello Writer's Outlet community. I started this app 7 years ago (and many more before that in the planning stages) and hoped to build a successful app and community. I did the best I could but it just never got to where I envisioned it. I have sold it to a new owner named Kylie. I will still be here for a few weeks if there are any questions and I plan on still remaining on the app as a user. Thank you to everyone who helped build this community into what it is.

Jared, thank you for the effort and dedication you have put into building this app. You and I have talked about Writer's Outlet and I knew what you hoped it would be. It is sad to see you let WO go, but I understand. Writer's Outlet won't be the same without you running it as I have grown accustomed to coming up with ideas for the app and running them by you before executing them. In a very small way, you and i have worked as a team on this app and that is something so priceless which I'm truly gonna miss. Having said that, Writer's Outlet had a good run for 7 years and I am proud to say that I have been part of the Writer's Outlet community from the very start and have seen its growth and progress. So once again, thank you, Jared 💜

Writer's Outlet has been a big part of my life and writing career, I don't think I would be doing what I'm currently doing without it. I may not have my original account, but that part of my life has been forever immortalized on this app. I may not use this app as much as I used to, but the fond memories of when I was active on this app will be forever ingrained in my mind. Jared, I truly thank you for shaping my life the way that you have. To close off this long-winded message, I echo the same sentiment. Thank you, and goodbye.
