I sit on the sofa, traumatized by what I saw. My little sister was curious to why I was traumatized. "There was a monster in our house last night, Olivia..." I said. "That's obsurd​!" She yelled. "Mom! Tina is trying to scare me again!" She snitched. "Tina, please." Mom sighed. "I'm telling the truth! It was big and scary and it chased me!" I cried. "Whatever! I'm going to see if that's true!" Kaia yelled. "Fine." I said. Later that night, she got in bed with me. I heard the tapping on the window. It was the woman. I did my routine and the woman was gone. Then, the footsteps started up. "Tina, what's that?" Kaia whispered. "The monster..." I whispered back. She got under the covers. She started shaking. She let out a scream. It heard her and bursted into the bedroom. I grabbed her and jumped out of the window. We ran into the neighbor's house. Wait, why was the door wide open? I wondered. We came in and slammed the door shut. We saw the whole family lying on the floor. Dead. I put Kaia down and she was frozen. I saw the woman. She came towards me with her hand out. "Free me..." She mumbled. I backed up and hit a wall. "Don't be afraid..." She mumbled. She giggled. "You're so frightened." She said. "You've all tortured me and now my turn has come." She whispered menacely. She turned around and saw Kaia and looked back at me. She cut Kaia's leg with a knife. Kaia fell to the ground. The woman came closer to me. "Your poor, precious sister." She said. "You're a monster!" I cried. She put the knife slowly to my neck. "HELP!" I shrieked. I woke up. It was a nightmare. All of it. *Tap* *Tap* *Tap*.
