You run into your dads arms 
For the last time arrives
No one tells you when the magic of Christmas dies and is never the same
No one tells you when your innocence
 fades
No one tells you won’t wear princess skirts again 
No one tells you when your dreams get crushed
No one tells you when these suddenly become memories 
No one tells you how to pickup where you left off
