Maybe love is just a lie, 
I've heard it talked about too many times,
 And if it wasn't a lie, 
Where are those who promised me
 That they would love me all the time?

  Maybe not everyone is lucky enough
 To find someone who will stay 
With them throughout their lives...

Maybe love comes too late,
 When your heart has dried up
 All its feelings inside...
