Me and my friends sat on the sofa and watched television. Mom had just finished breakfast, we ran to the kitchen and sat down. We quickly finished our breakfast and ran outside to play basketball. Since we weren't so far from the woods, I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I looked. Nothing. I continued playing. I then heard a young girl crying. I got curious and went into the woods. My friends hesitated and then ran after me. We had just gotten In the woods and we looked around. We saw nothing but trees. We continued walking. I saw red eyes come towards me. I screamed. It disappeared. "Freedom" someone whispered. We were all startled. I heard a shriek and looked back. Tyler, my friend was gone. I heard laughing...like a little girl's deep laughter. I heard some ruffling and then someone brushed on my shoulder. Then, I was pulled deeper into the woods. I tried to escape but the force was too hard. I looked back and saw a brown bear...no arm...it was beat up and dirty. I heard the screams and cries of my friends.
