Need is oppressive to the heart; yet often, it proves a source of help and salvation to the children of men, to everyone who heads it betimes. (Beforehand)

Sigrifumol, Stanza 7 
  1. That with lies the wife of another betray not thy trust; on the horn though shalt write, and the backs of thy hands, need shalt mark on thy nails. Thy shall bless the draught, and danger escape, and cast a leek in the cup for I know thou never shalt see they mead with evil mixed.
