In my darkest hour
I was turned away
Love was not found
Friendship gone astray
I took all the blows
The enemy brought my way
Kicked his ass to the curb
He lost his head that day

Years of oppression
Loneliness I’ve seen
Devils in the details
Darkness all I see
Made a vow I speak
To kill my enemy
Toss him lifeless to the ground
No more submission me

Fought tooth and claw
Hands do the deed
Enemy stay away
If only for some weeks
Twist his point of view
Head turned around
Another one lost his way
Body lying on the ground

Rain death upon my enemy
Close the open door
Many were the ones
Who fell upon the floor
Now is the time for peace
To soothe my weary soul
Days go by slowly
Will I be made whole
