Roll on in

Exhale now

You calm me down 


Anxiety ripples in…
It strikes the heart
 and clasps the mind 
Eyes can’t see
Lips can’t speak
The body can’t unwind 


Society leaches from the soul
Sucking it dry
How can one achieve
The destiny  in their eyes

Shiny, shiny…
The mind is lost
Easily distracted 
And convinced to do wrong
Mental paralysis is reality


What can one do?

Grips one’s life force 
Slow on down
Find the calm and take a
