I live other lives, 

Never on my own path of life.

  And those who keep hurting me 

Try to heal me in the end...  
I used to smile often,

 Now I roll my eyes when I hear

 The same words that repeat: 

"I love you; I want you; 

You are the only one..."
 I used to believe in love once,

 But it always brought tears to my eyes

 When I felt it deep in my heart

 It made me fall down like a lifeless man.
