Scream excruciatingly deafening insults into my ear;
Loud enough for me to allow you to convince me;
That your tantrums and misdirected words said in anger;
Are actually my true self-definition.
And so I retract
And pull back;
From you
And all noise;
Even in my head.
But I still hear you screaming.
