Alone. 
In the dark of night.
Alone
In the hurt and pain.
Alone
In search of your love again.

How many times I wish I can have
the love that once was mine.
Memories of it long ago
is all that is left through time.
Lying awake sometimes
crying myself to sleep.
How could it hurt my heart like this
and hurt so deep?

I'm lost, have lost and fell so far.
Can't find my way back again.
Back to where you are.
There is no light on this path of mine.
Just fear that never left my side.
I have nowhere to run to anymore.
Nowhere I can hide.
This lonely, dying heart 
with its broken dreams inside.
This is me.
