Moonlight glistens upon my tear stained cheeks..just laying here in my satin sheets.
My mind takes me away to a more timid time in my life ..wild and free ..the beast in me ran free..now with an impaired impatient heart ..I ponder on the lost years before I was found ,tamed no more blame cast on me. Am I the last of my  kind..travelers of the world caught in a nightmare chasing a dream of sweet relief?
Fantasies run rich and vivid in my veins.. My blood like an ocean runs fast and wild..no escaping the dream ..the thoughts the memories with one last slash .. before midnight its over no more on idle ,fake smiles to get me by ..for tonight i look into the sky and say my final goodbyes ..now I can rest and just be.
