My name is Kevin.
I am 37 years old.
I'm writing this message as an S.O.S
If you are reading this,
I need your help.

I'm a surgeon, my wife is a teacher and she works at the same school where we enrolled my daughter, Cassie, she is 6.

I kept having nightmares, every single day.
I saw dead bodies, i saw ghosts,
I saw a pale little girl, she had long black hair, she kept talking to me.
It was horrible.

until one day i found myself unable to stop thinking about her,
about her evil features, her very pale skin and dead eyes, her horrifying smile.

I couldn't sleep, I couldn't let myself sleeping and see her again.
I tried to distract myself from sleeping,
I drank coffee and did anything i could to stay awake, until my alarm rang.
I had to go to work, I had to stay focused,
I drank the last cup of coffee and headed to work.
I was sleepy and i tried my best to stay focused, but things got worse,
Unfortunately, the surgery failed,
I let my patient die, he died right before my eyes, I felt bad, I killed him.
He and his family trusted me, and i failed them, It felt horrible.
My boss didn't like what happened, it was an easy surgery with a 90% chance of success, he has always been a tough person, he fired me.
I lost my job.. and soon enough i will lose my mind.

I couldn't sleep, as much as i wanted,
I couldn't..
I kept searching for a job for nearly a week, whenever i took a short nap,
I woke up, feeling horrified.

I finally found a suitable job,
but it was too far from my house,
I decided to move out, to a cheaper,
and closer house.
I searched until i found a perfect house,
It wasn't far from my new job, nor my daughter's school, and a lot cheaper.
Me and my wife packed our stuff and moved out.
The new house was bigger, but it was in an empty street, our only neighbor was 4 houses away who was an old lady who lived alone.

The street was really dark at night, but i didn't really care, as it was perfect for my family.
Our new house was decorated in a nice way but a bit old fashioned.
It had a room which looked like it has never been opened, the door had scratches on it, it was locked and i had no key, but i didn't bother to ask the owner about it.

As soon as i moved out, the creepy nightmares stopped, i was more than happy, i could sleep peacefully,
everything was perfect, for two months.

Then suddenly strange things began to happen, i ignored it.
one day i woke up feeling sick so i skipped work.
It was early in the morning and my wife and daughter were at school.
And i had to go use the bathroom.
I used the bathroom, then went to my room and got back in bed,
As i Closed my eyes and i heard a high pitched voice calling "daddy".
I quickly opened my eyes feeling confused thinking my daughter, Cassie didn't go to school or got back early.

"Cassie?" I called her name and i got no reply.
"Cassie, are you here?" Again without her saying a word.
so i got up to see who was home,
I called and looked everywhere but i couldn't find anyone,
I convinced myself it was my imagination and got back to sleep.

In some hours i woke up,
my wife was sleeping next to me, when i heard the same voice, calling "daddy"
i got up and got out of the room, Cassie was sitting on the couch eating a meal and watching her favorite show.
"Hello sweetie" I said to her.
"Hi daddy" she said happily.
"Did you call my name a while ago?"
"No." She said.
I was kind of scared but i tried to ignore it.
"At least the nightmares stopped" i thought.

Days later, I was home alone, watching Tv.
my wife and Cassie went out to buy some groceries, it was 8 pm.
I was watching a comedy show that i liked when i suddenly heard "daddy".
I froze for a while staring at the window,
the voice came out of it.
I got up and began to walk towards the window slowly, hoping it would be a prank or something fake.
As i got closer i saw a little girl running outside, I froze again in horror.
I stopped having nightmares, because..
my nightmares... became reality?

That night..
I wished i had never slept that night..
I had a nightmare, the worst I've ever had.
I saw my house, I saw the scratched door,
it was open, i saw the pale girl coming out of it, she smiled at me, her teeth were sharp, just like her nails, too sharp for her to be a human. she had blood all over her,
her eyes were wide and cruel.
"Daddy" She said.
With the same voice I've heard before.
The high pitched voice in a creepy tone.
"Daddy" she kept repeating.
And everytime she repeated i shaked, trembled, sweated more.
I tried to wake up, but i never could,
she was getting closer to me and still repeating her words.
"I'M NOT YOUR DAD" I cried.
she screamed so loud that i finally woke up.
"NO" I screamed as i woke up,
I was crying and shaking.
My wife woke up and tried to calm me down, she got me a hot drink and tried to get me to sleep.
I opened the lights, I couldn't sleep, even though my wife tried her hardest to calm me down.
I just couldn't.
