I am enough, just as I am My flaws and imperfections don't make me less than,

I am worthy of love, respect, and grace I choose to honor my strengths and the beauty within my face , I choose to embrace who I am, unique and one-of-a-kind ,I let go of self-doubt and negative thoughts in my mind.

I treat myself withadmiration,

From the way I look to the way I feel I honor myself, body and mind, with zeal.

I've learned to accept my mistakes as lessons And embrace my strengths without hesitation For every part of me makes up the whole A unique and special individual.

So, I vow to love myself more each day To nourish my soul and treat it in kind ways For self-love is not selfish, it's a crucial act To live a life I truly love, that's a fact.
