A newer path,
Finally letting light in.
From here on, I will never say I'm half dead,
Or even dead inside.

Live,
Keep living...
Believe in my own worth,
Like they did so long ago.

No more carrying the burdens,
Let it rest, untense the shoulders,
I will not be the walking dead,
Not anymore.
