I would like this painful longing

 To take me quickly into your arms, 

'Cause I have no more tears, no more sighs, 

No more strength, no more sad songs

 To play for my watery eyes. 
 I wish you could turn to me 

As the sunflower turns 

Towards the sun's rays,

But I can no longer see

 Your footprints on the sand,

 You no longer remember

 My calls, my name, my number.
