It will be too late before Yu know it. will you scratch away your flesh to peel back time? I have tried and it didn't work for me. Perhaps We will remember this next time and will not let those prescious moments slip by. One would think, alas I find the repetition only makes the mistake made more frequently and the memory of the lesson learned fade more with time. Occasionally I am graced with the accursed presence of an epiphany, though only after the fact, which just drives me to beating myself up (literally) and forgetting the lesson learned again. Sadly I have suffered this vicious cycle My whole life. I only write it down now in the hopes that it may bring some other suffering soul comfort in knowing that they are not alone.
