From years ago 
 Still lingered her heart 
At night when she slept 
His hands on her soul 
Brushing her hair 
Missing his touch 
And aching to feel 
The old flame again 
When they used to laugh 
Under the stars 
Wake up naked 
And never regret 
The love they had kept 
A secret from life 
To never look back
