Take me where your heart takes you,

 In the plane above the sky 

We feel like two birds - migrating.  
Take my thoughts with you

 Wherever your mind travels.

After a long period of stress, 

We will find a reason to celebrate

 Defeats as well. 
 I will also take you where my heart goes, 

Shards from my wounds come out.

I traveled alone but I got lost.

Take me wherever your heart goes.
