Lost between experiences and expectations;
A life with and without
A hand to hold
A mind to share thoughts
Selfishly gained roles;
A friend who could never leave
Who never minded the struggles
The bondage
The heartaches and the pain

A heart filled with positivity and possibilities;
To make an immediate change
From the circulation
And completeness of the world
Life's like a sailing ship;
Without direction and control 
There's no range to it's expected spot
Living in a room full of darkness;
Hatred
Pretence
Selfishness
Betrayal

A space where it all belonged;
With everything making sense
Living with and in it
Feeling the presence and the need
Could it be worse to get it all wrong;
From the same spot
All grown and steady
Without secrets left to tell
Without signals left to send
A long-term ending;
Filled with pressure and fear.
All in one.
