I want to take you everywhere I've been,
Seeing their beauty through
 Your little brown eyes...
The way I never saw  
When I was alone, upset and down.

  A drop of your love was spilled
 Over the dry autumn grass.
  I want to take you whole inside my heart.

To feel everything I felt, what I feel, 
And I can't explain with the words, 
What I can't explain to you 
When you ask yourself...

I want to take you 
With me through my mind, 
To drive away the thoughts
 That keep me in the dark.

I want to take you everywhere I've been,

 Over my dry mouth black.
