MY FADING BRIGHT LIGHT Read Count : 73

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
Dying stars
Fate that seems to last forever
Crying heart
Cold coal that can hardly start a fire
Frozen smoke
Roses that are full in colour
Tasteless sugar
A night without a moon
A bird without its ability to fly
Street lights that don't light up at night
As the sun goes down the light blue sky turns grey
Nothing more satisfying than the sound of plastic turning into ash
Rusting metal that will turn into nothing
You start to think to yourself as day falls will they ever be light again?
