I swear I’m dying
Lately I keep seeing these dark shadows 


My worlds caving in; 
why can’t you fight my battles? 




From the corners, 
I swear; behind the trees
The one over there 
Or the one next to me.


It’s crazy when your friend
Can see them too 
And explained what you saw
It’s something you kept quiet
Can’t get labeled crazy
you don’t trust your thoughts 
You have no one to call 
And everything around is getting hazy.
The closer I get to them
The closer they get to me
Always wondering what’s going to happen
Please take this away from me.
