If the clouds could have a ladder, 
I would have climbed up 
To see what the world looked like above,
 Counting people's problems
 And making them laugh about.

  If longing had been a bird,
 I would have traveled back in time, 
Sitting on the shoulders of those I miss, 
And leaving them a letter about
 Everything my heart felt.

If the clouds could have a ladder,

 I would have liked to travel through time...
